FESTIVUS: Airing of grievances for POD mates only

As part of the celebration of Festivus, there is a component called the airing of grievances. This thread is to help cleanse the soul of you POD mates who have grievances with other POD Mates.

RULES: No names, no initials, no companies.

After you air your grievance, describe a 'feat of strength' that would make you happy in clearing the grievance.

I am disappointed in my manager because this year, he allowed himself to be used and was a sponge for two of our districts moles, one of which was my POD mate. Neither mole does any substantial work and simply piggybacks off others. But our manager loves these people.

As a result, the district is the most divided as its ever been and the moles walk among us as though they are our friends.

I recommend that the district play tug of war over a pile of crap with the manager and moles on one side and the rest of us on the other. If our side (10 reps) get pulled into the crap, then it won't be different from any other day with these 3. But if we win and they get pulled in, then they definitely will get what they deserve!!

Great thread. Dear POD mate, Stop bragging about everything u r doing on a grand scale, WE ALL KNOW u do not work!!! Stop trying to compete with me b/c I have surpassed u in sales & awards. To each his own. You are disrespected in this company NOT b/c of the DM or regional, but b/c YOU are lazy. Even the MDs said u were off the wall.
