It seems like the Osteo specialty jobs in Houston have been open for more than a year. Can anyone with real insight tell us what is wrong. Bad territories? Bad Manager? Bad biad partners? Poor pay?

Both are large territories. Require lots of travel and overnights. Hard to to find people who want to do this when they can sell the same drugs in a local territory and sleep in their own bed every night.
Nothing wrong with mgt.

Ha! Just you wait until your realignment! Say Buh Bye to those cozy nights in your own bed and having calls close to your home in your "local territory".......they will look like the ones you call "large". That 30 mile rule for personal miles makes sense now...
