Apparently the board got a little to heated for good old Indy. So they removed the poll and the comments. But the same information can be found on 22 state news message boards.
Such as Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio, NY, Geogia, Tennessee etc.

Just look you can't miss it. But most important:

Make that call!

Here is the one for the Boston Globe. Pass the information around. Word of mouth is the best and fastest way to communicate.

To the above, you are the true scumbag - look up FMLA in the discussions with Lilly. Also consider those fired b/c of a terrible DM who listened to what a lying backstabber with low productivity/low self-esteem had to cry about vs. those who really work. It would be really nice to see redemption for those who have integrity, work hard, and are genuinely good people who had thier lives turned upside-down by this company's horrendous management.

You gotta be kidding me! Why would you help those sleazy, greedy lawyers? And if you think that you'll make any money if you "make the call" then you're really naive. Do you think that those sleazebag lawyers will give you anything more than a few pennies even if they do slime their way into winning or settling one of these suits? I know someone who's sued 2 of her previous companies for discrimination. First it was for race. Then with the second company, since her manager was also African American, she sued for gender discrimination. Bogus, totally bogus!

Yeap, there are bad people in this world. Welcome to LIFE! Travel around the world and see REAL discrimination and maybe you'll get a clue. Even at their worse, bad managers can't "ruin your life" unless they've maimed you or had you imprisoned. Otherwise, you can recover. If you're TRULY a good, hard worker, then you'll have no trouble finding another job with even better pay. I had an ass of a manager with another company and because I truly do work hard, my doctors helped me find a way better job. My previous bad manager did NOT ruin my life. In fact, I look at it like he helped steer me in the direction to make a change for the better since I'm making much more and really liking what I do now.

There are thousands, hell millions, of people in this world facing TRUE discrimination. No matter how bad your manager is, you're not in any way as bad off as those people.

No. You got to be kidding me because the sleaziest job in America today is a pharmaceutical sales rep or DM that will sell his soul and break the rules to make the numbers. Lawyers looks like "saints" compared to what I have seen in the field of pharmaceutical sales. Lilly has plunged itself "into the bottom line mentality" at all costs, weither it be patient saftey or employee sacrifice. Also remember that Lilly has a huge number of employess that are of all things "sleazy lawyers". You guys made your situation, now live with it. Seems that your post is the most "niave" thing on this thread. Wake up and quit swallowing the corporate line. If you survive long enough with Lilly, I bet at sometime in your career you will be looking up the phone number of one of those "sleazy lawyers" yourself as you refer to them. LOL

To the poster re: no manager can "ruin" your life and "discrimination in other parts of the world"...a bad manager can "turn your life upside down" (not ruin), and no, the "real" world does not operate in the same manner as Lilly - that is to say, Lilly has exponentially more bad managers than any company I've ever worked for in a 10+ year career - second, I hate comparisons to the "rest of the world that is discriminated against, etc." because if you are that passionate about their plight, then go do something about it! Heck, you work for a company that refuses to lower the price on Strattera so low-income families can have access to it - these are the folks who stand to benefit from it the most b/c of lack of abuse. Still feel proud to work for Lilly? Why don't you go and actually sit with some of those "discriminated" against in the high poverty level areas who don't have access to medications and THEN try to convince me I'm the one who isn't thankful for what I have? In fact, I work hard so I can give to those less fortunate and when a crappy manager affects my ability to do so, yes, they can "ruin" not just my life but those I help!!!!!!!!! In the meantime, some of these posts aren't about discrimination, or law suits, they are simply to point out how poorly Lilly is treating/has treated their employees, and how their 20-something managers or even 30-something idiot managers are running off a great talent pool.
