The RST's will be forced to fill vacancies in rep positions since they are non-revenue employees. DM's can handle the training of representatives and facilitate at meetings. No other PHARMA company has two RST's in a region. especially incompetent RST's like most regions. It makes sense. Why would Forest need two in a region let alone one? The DM's do all the "training" anyway if they are good.

I think there is only a couple of people going to that training. It will be announced April 1. Seriously, it is true. RST's do nothing but waste company money since the ROI of not having an RST is better than having one & no other companies have two per region. Good Luck!
