Training must really be hard if you're posting on here at 2pm.

How micromanaged are the reps at AZ?

like anywhere else, micromanaging depends on the manager you get.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of reps are micromanaged to death! A high percentage of DM's with AZ are pitifully qualified to be in a position of authority. There are exceptions. The role of the DM needs to be completely overhauled but that will never happen. The current model is extremely outdated for the times, but then that's true for our industry in general.

How in the hell would you know about the "vast majority" of reps? Seriously, you make yourself look pretty foolish when you make baseless claims like that.

If you think that DMs are in a position of authority you have no clue.

So the DSMs have NO authority over a rep then because somehow I find that hard to believe?
