feel like we are getting f'd over on the way we get paid?? why don't they just pay us if we move market share? and why do they consistently change our goals? can anyone help me understand this.

Dude! According to the CP front page, reps are making more off of bonus because big pharma wants to keep their top performers. Then again, SGP isn't big pharma.
