does anyone have any knowledge of a lawsuit that was filed against lly for granting a jobshare in one territory and denying it in another, in same district? was it in SC?

I would guess the one that got denied was because the reps were lame. And the other that was granted was because Lilly didn't ant to lose good reps.

I think that it was Acute Care and I do not beleive that there was a lawsuit. NC I think was the state.

could be discrimination, if indeed similar situations, ie 2 women, 2 women, same district, same mgr, etc etc,

Won't happen. Clinton gets a blow job and gets hoisted for impeachment. W "blows" everything he touches and just stands around grinning. If we weren't at "war" he would be gone and definitely behind bars for what he has done to this country and its citizens in terms of deceit, killing of thousands in Iraq andviolating a multitude of laws. this guy wants to be a dictator in a democratic country and is dumb enough to try to make it happen. He always falls back on the "terrorist " threat and stay the coursse line. this will keep him out of jail for at least the time being, but later he may be one of those in prison without any "vialble " charges. We can only hope. Let's see what happens to Kenny Boy in the next few weeks as his trial finally begins. Perhaps Kenny will breakdwon and tell about "W" and their relationship. W is like Lilly. Both keep falling in a "vats of shit" but sems to come out smelling rosey. Go Figure!
