We make less so Eisai can keep the specialty reps promoting Aciphex instead of Zonegran. Also high Aricept quota translates to less kicker for reps and more $$$ for the Company. Look on the bright side maybe we can get better computer upgrades.

There is a bright side! We have jobs, benefits are nice and there are worse environments. Have they screwed us over the last year with our bonus'? sure, but it is a business and it is not the "Eisai" Sheldon lead - like it or leave it, it is what it is.

why in the heck doesn't that managed care division get a little preferred status? they really need to get on the ball. no docs will write non formulary drugs. simple. your competition is selling docs effectively on the preferred status of their own drugs and the non coverage of yours. horrible. get em on the ball.

Not only are our goals completely unrealistic in a declining market (at least in my area) but they have to GLOAT about it in a voice mail. I totally tanked during Oct/Nov. going from >100% for Aricept to about 90%! (and falling)

Once again, with Eisai, to comes down to very bad communication between us and the sales force and now, even amongst their own departments.
