NeuroScience, Thereapeutic Specialty (Cardiovascular), Vaccines, HIV, Oncology. and MCR's (Respiratory/Imitrex).

Sorry to inform you, we are no longer specialty, just an extension of general pharm...not a good place to be.

What does that mean? Do those specialty sales forces call on those specialties ONLY, or do they also call on high prescribing PC?

It is a great opportunity. The thing to remember, is the new emphasis from management on the ability to pack a trunk. Make sure you review the DVD sent to you showing the rep flipping out the vinyl clothing protector that flips over the bumper. You notice he does this with lightening speed and amazing agility. It takes a lot of practice, and believe me, you will be judged on this. Also, of course, carrying in food is critical. No more multiple trips to the car. You have to use the newly designed fold out cart to take it all in. The cart CAN be expensed so don't worry. Just practice a lot, and it will all be ok. Best of luck.
