I know it's been asked a million times, but I was wondering about my specific experience. I have 1 year of pharma experience with a small company and another 5 years sales experience in another industry. I'm in TX...what would be a fair base for me to ask for. The company I'm working for now is not paying me much and I have a good shot with GSK for an open position. I have already talked to the manager and he has all but offered me the position. I don't want to screw myself when he asks what kind of base I am expecting, because I know he will ask instead of just telling me what it pays
