To many of my docs say they will not Rx Nevanac due to delayed wound healing after in office trials. They have also heard about corneal melts. What's up?

I have been having the same issue with PRK cases etc., not as much with cataract cases. Some questions about the melting issues the are reading on websites, not any in my territory though.
