With all the lawsuits, you have to wonder how long HR will continue to have a blind eye to the recklace managers that are in the field. I know they could care less about the reps - as they are easy to replace - right? I have been documenting, documenting and documenting - and I can tell you, my lawsuit will be costly to the company and will name names including the chicken shits in HR.

When is someone at Corporate going to make Sharon Slayback (i.e., Hitler) accountable for her actions???? She is the root of all problems in HR.
