You would think that the INHUMANE resources of our company would do something when an employee is assaulted and other employees witness the assault and speak of it but HR just washes it hands clean of it by basically saying "HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL NO-O-O-O-O!!!!!!!!!" with a sick grin.

It's so unbelievable that AZ seems to be craving some chats with lawyers and they will get what they desire.

Exactly what the company is seeking, and also what you can expect when a company rids itself of all it's more experienced and successful people, leaving mostly nit-wits and children.
AZ's history (Re: Astra), is awash with sexual harrassment. Now we're going back to the "good old days". Don't let them do this, HR will not help - go to a good lawyer and to the police. That's where your problems will be honestly reviewed, not with AZ's HR.
