SRFs and prism call entry

Is there a link between the sample forms I get signed and call entries in prism? I left samples with a doc, got a sig but accidentally entered the call as a detail only. will this cause problems? the rep metrics seem to get the data from prism call entries and not the actual forms returned. any input is appreciated.

if you sent the form in it will come back from sa and you can adjust it

The paper is the only record that matters. There is no reconciliation between what you check mark in the computer to signed SRF's. It seems you made an honest mistake. S/A is actually on your side if you do your best to keep things straight and you respond with answers in a timely manner if you are ever questioned. Don't lose sleep, it's all good.
