It's funny that some of you get so mad about others leaving the company. Do you have some type of inferiority complex about still working for Lilly? Everyone's situation is different and obviously some believe that there are better situations for them elsewhere. If that's the case so be it. Lilly needs to get rid of more people anyway, so the more people quit, the less likely happy slackers like yourself will have to worry about being reallocated.

Yup, I quit the first working day of 2006 and I have never been happier.....Lilly has the ability to drive people to need all the psych meds they sell!
