They do signature audits. I had 4 or 5 come back where the doc said it didnt look like his sig. This can cause some crap since the sigs on the handhelds look stupid anyway.

samp acct team makes sure you didnt sign for samples and make up a fake call. that is part of their job, they do it every single day.
