I think if you're a proven top performer and they really want to hire you.... maybe they will offer 70 base. Keep in mind, it's a longshot.

No chance in hell you get 70 without pharma experience. Your offer will be under 60k. 52-55 is the range I would expect for an initial offer. Maybe you can bump it to 60.

We (as with most pharmaceutical companies) get the week between Christmas and New Year's off. 2 or 3 (depending on how you negotiate) weeks of vacation are scheduled at your discretion. 5 personal days. In addition to Impala and Grand Prix, you can pay (750-2000 depending on the choice) to upgrade your car to a Dodge Charger, Chrysler Town & Country, Buick Lacrosse, or Jeep Liberty.

First off, it's "bonuses" not "bonus's" - don't schools still require English every year? Bonus is in line with industry standards. Frequency of reaching goal differs significantly from territory to territory. There are so many variables that this question really can't be answered. I've never found it to be all that difficult, but your territory could be vastly different with regard to access, formulary coverage, etc.

Novartis is notorious for screwing you over in bonus....1st you blow it out and do 110% with a great bonus..... and then pay it back with unrealistic goals for the next 3 years and hope to break $10k. Don't expect to consistently make over $30k in bonus.
