Stop connecting, stop doing reports, stop communicating just like they do.

Until we get a response from them - give no repsone to them.

You are right. That truly is what they deserve.

It's a stupid idea because you're only putting yourself in jeapordy as you can get written warnings, etc. But you're on to something I've been doing for a while. Feel free to implement this on your own time frame. It'd be great to have a lot of reps follow suit.

I pick one month as my silent boycott month. The paid boycott time hurt my territory volume, rankings, etc, but after I finished in the top 15% last year in the Neurology Division led by Tom Slooby and was paid pathetic bonuses, I decided that I really didn't have anything to lose.

I set the table perfectly as I made sure that all of my administrative duties were spic and span spotless for a good period of time. No red flags for my clueless DM to worry about. As long as the reports are in on time, my calls replicated, etc, those DMs are content. After my DM finished his little ride-a-long, I boycotted working for one entire month during the first month of the BONE-US quarter time frame. Not one single day of work by me!

Of course, I scheduled lunch and learns and had my delivery service mail me my reciepts. Always entered fake calls at the end of the week too, so that was the extent of my "work". Checking e-mail and vm is a must. But remember, absolutely no product details and relationship building is to be done during this time.

My favorite offices over the years got the lunches and I called them to let them know that lunch was on the way, but I'd have to miss this one because of a meeting.

My first day back in the field is the day that my DM schedules with me. I've been calling on these offices for a while now and running this territory is old hat.

During this time, I'm sure to go to the gym, take the little lady out to dinner, schedule a Vegas trip in the middle of the week. Maybe even a ski trip with the kids for a couple days in the middle of the week. A very nice way to relax and enjoy life.

My numbers dropped a bit, but my BONE-US was going to suck anyway. That much had already been proven to me already with an entired year of top numbers the year before.

I've decided that I don't neccessarily have to take an entire month off at a time. Now, I take 2 weeks at a time off in order to decrease the odds of me gettng caught.

Working for 4-5 weeks, then taking 2 weeks off feels about right. This company wants to act like a$$holes, fine by me. I have other "tricks" that would just completely freak the FC, DC, TS, GA and LC the fuck out too. But why give those away?

You know, this sort of behavior is infantile but it is exactly what our pathetic upper management is asking for with the way they are treating us.

At the POA, I may skip Frank's presentation. He really does not deserve the respect of my presence. Anyone care to followso we can make a point?

You may think it's infantile, but I use the time to better myself and make my family life more fulfilled. More time with the kids and wife, less stress leads to better health. Why get all worked up over a bunch of aholes like the aforementioned? I dot all the i's and cross all the t's for work.

You're right though. They're the ones who placed the utmost importance on the least important shit like number of times connected per week, sample variances, etc. They're the ones who created this work enviroment. The ones who made working hard pointless. The bonus will be what it is whenever it comes.

I couldn't agree more.

No, we don't have the power. You're only kidding yourself.
Management only looks at projections and the bottom line and we as reps look at day to day, bonus', management styles and company policy as it relates to "US" and "OUR" lives. You as a rep are worth less than your manager. Run off reps who produce and, You're expendable. For your plan to work, it would take over 50% of the sale force to complain and "force" a change. Not gonna happen. We all have bills and mortgages to pay and kids to send to college, etc. Do you not think management knows that? You and I, can be replaced. A sad reality but true.

How true. They put emphasis on such petty shit and the important stuff is ignored.

$100 to the first person to accurately guess how many reps will quit by April 1st.

Ok, so you are right, we dont have the power. However, I am going to bring Richard Simmons with me to the next POA and I will turn him loose on upper management as a result of the deep fried foods we keep getting lately.

I would not skip Frank's presentation because DM's take head count. A good idea would be not to clap before or after his presentation!
