Earth to Marc, Sarah and David...this company has always had its issues but Wanker is killing the motivation of every sales rep in this company. He tells us the company is great and that we suck. That the products are great and we suck. That the marketing strategies are great and we suck. Did anyone every think that maybe the direction Wanker is taking us sucks?

Reps with 3, 4, 5 and 6 years experience are bailing faster than a fisherman in a swiss cheese boat. Those that once spoke of the good things of Ther-Rx are now talking about why the company will have a record year but reps will get minimal payout.

I ask one question...do you value the talent you have in the field? If not, support the Wanker. If you do, talk fast because we are all about to leave.

Then leave! Think we care? You are replaceable and for less money. It is our process here and it will continue to be our process as long as we continue to realize significant profits.

Would'nt be suprised if that came from Winky himself. Maybe one day the brain surgeons and rocket scientists in the home office will realize that the reps are the ones that MADE THOSE RECORD PROFITS. WITHOUT THEM PROFITS SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The few times I have been in meeting with him, he like to tell you all about himself. "let me tell you about ME" is all he ever talks about. Then there are his few off the record comments about Sarah. If you ask me, he should not discuss that with us when we are in there. Managers do not need to hear those things. I would love to pick up the phone and call her. He is so ignorant. And finally, I don't like the way he puts the reps down on voice mail. Talk to them like they are people, not slaves.

Just got a call from a rep on the East coast, she just got an offer. She is gone. She is going to give her notice. What the hell is going on. I will tell you. The whole package. And the sad thing is she doesn't want to leave here. I hope they bring her in and talk to her about things. She never gets on this board, but I told her to speak up if they do an exit interview or bring her in. She is leaving because of the way wankster treats her, well all of us as a whole, plus the vacation and all. She gets 3 weeks (15 days) that is great! Why can they not see that here, really what is 5 more days to them here?

Listen here...they will never call in someone who is resigning to hear why, and if they do they will not beieve them. This place is run by people who are conformers and who risk their careers to do what they say. Anyone who has ever had any good suggestions has been run out. And I have proof of that. They will fabricate call times and I have even hesrd they have fabricated numbers. Not actual numbers in sales, just who sold what. This place is evil and the people who run are too. I kno some think Sully is great, but he really can't go anywhere without stepping down at this point, and the managers he has picked to back him up probably couldn't even get rep positions in this industry. Him and his cohorts deserve this. The beard is just a wacko, laughing all the way to the bank...and he can brecause he owns the lace. Quit picking on him, he is no dummy. Sarah I think is genuine, but just gets sucked in by the money and the rest on down...well...they are in their last pharma position, believe me. Now, people who will tell the truth about why things are not right here will be shown the way out the door and HR will celebrate when they are gone. They are just hillbilly's with a decent paying job and are jealous of all sales reps here. This will never change. Wankster...like I mentioned before, he is in his last pharama job. And one more thing...why should they pay more than 2 weeks when people are dumb eneough to take the job in the first place?


p.s. Exit interviews are a joke. I know of many people who have left and they told the truth about the sleazy affairs with managers, sexual harassment, etc. I have even been called by HR about certain managers. I lied, but the people who didn't have been mysteriously let go for wierd reasons. I do know there are some lawsuits coming, or maybe they have been served, I don't know. To know is deadly.

Wrong...I have been promoted. You must not know me. I have a masters in sports from a small town college. Then again, you wouldn't really know me as I don't do much here, except for show movies about sports at meetings.
