What are the Best things about Eisai and the Worst???

What do you like about this company and what do you hate?

Sorry to say but there used to be many liekeable things but they are diminishing rapidly. We just are not repeated with respect and we are kep uninformed about everything. Thje worst part yet is that we are getting screwed with mney now and we don't even get a reason, except that the company is doing so well.

I have to say that the quality of the health insurance coverage is 2nd ot none. You don't appreciate it until you have to use it and realize how good it really is. Thanks to Eisai for that.

The negatives have seemed to grow as of late. The complete lack of communication is frustrating to say the least.
You must also come to terms with the fact that the first and even 2nd target date given for ANYTHING will surely be pushed back and often without any notice or explanation.

Is it different at other companies? Uppers will tell you it's not. And that is probably true of other Big Pharma (which Eisai has seemed to become) - but the generalization is not appropriate - and it seems to be more an effort of convincing themselves of that fact than the real truth.

Just my honest opinion - take it as you will.

Take 2 bill and divide by more than half for co-promote partners and you dont have 2 bill products.

The more pertinent question is whether or not the company is run like big pharma.

OK Dipshit - whent I think of BIG pharma I'm talking about the actual size of the company as in the number of reps in the field and the BS involved in being part of it.
For future reference - When you hear "Big Pharma" think shrinking bonus, think Big Brother, think BS.
Yeah... you're the fuckin brainiac!!!

So, basically what you are saying is that Eisai has met all the criteria for BIG Pharma with the exception of the large number of reps in the field?
