I truly believe the company wants to send a clear message of it's committment to the careers/families of the sales force and the risk we all took coming to NBI - Reissuing original SO's is great- but- don't overlook it really doesn't matter tooooo much if the price doesn;t move over the next couple years. When will these reissued SO's vest?? You all know the saying .. Show me the money! Great points. Once we get clarification, and it's good, Upper Mgmt needs to send a sign out way confirming that "commitment" that was mentioned Friday. A reissue would be better than underwater. If, as you suggest, this goes on another year, it's going to take serious "commitment". Suddenly retention becomes a real issue.
