Does anyone have any tips for getting an interview with Novo? I've never done pharma sales -- have been in politics and the legal field. However, I am a diabetic and use their products. (In fact, I am frequently explaining things to my endo's nurse about diabetes). I have a great personality and excellent communication skills. Everyone I've spoken with says I'll get the job...IF I can just get an interview.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Thanks.

Suggestion: Stay where you are. Novo Nordisk is a 3rd rate company who has no respect for their employees. You sound way too good for Novo.

Run, far and fast, from Novo Nordisk. The ship is sinking...

Don't listen to that moron, they probably don't work for Novo or can't cut it out in the field. Novo is great. Depending on where you live and if you are willing to relocate is going to help. We also have a program for new people to the industry. Your best bet is to go onto the website and search for openings. Best of luck, you will love it here if you make it.

I have always heard they are a fabulous company for which to work. If they are half as good as their products...I'm not giving up anytime soon!

Thank you for the information. They actually have an opening where I live, grew up, know quite a few of the pharmacists, RDEs and physicians already.

Thanks again for your encouraging words.

Ask your doctor who the rep from Novo and call them. They might be able to refer or get you in front of the manager. Good luck!

Gag me with all the candy-ass bullshit! Haven't you been paying attention to all the crap that's happening these days? Lousy launches; worse management; pathetic future. Why would anyone encourage a seemingly decent person to join this hell hole?

[/ QUOTE ]The best reason is that they knew to fire a sad sack loser like you. Seems to me that management got it right there. Get over your firing asshole, you know you deserved it. You apparently are not only a failure at pharma sales but obviousely a major failure in life. No friends, hobbies or interests outside of your obsession with the company that did the right thing and canned your malcontent ass. Sad little man.

Speaking of needing a life! Quit picking on people who are only letting others know what they think. Have some heart, man! Live and let live!
