I have an interview coming up with a 20-something pup. Does this company only hire air-headed Brittany Spears look-a-likes?
And does it treat its senior reps. like children?

Listen, you dried up old bag of dirt. BI is going to go through the motions to say, yes, we don't discriminate, we interview old hags and geezers. You won't, I repeat WON'T get the job, because BI wants young, naiive, in debt kids right out of college who can be easily brainwashed.

Don't listen to the above posts. There were people at my initial that were over 40 and a lot over 30. This is the only company that I see hiring "mature" (in all senses) people.

I just came back from training. There were people 35-45 in my training class along with the Newbies.

I fucked a 62 year old hag in Training last year in the hot tub in Southberry. At least I think she was a trainee.

I was a 40/plus fired by BI, and was a great worker. I know of other reps also fired over 40. It depends on your manager, and RD. They prefer to hire cheap and young.

First off ignore the idiots....my manager has hired two ladies in their forties out of his last three hires so you're in good company and have really nothing to worry about....welcome!

the more you make and the older you are, the more at risk you are and you'll be the first to go when they re-align. my guess is the shit hits the fan once mobic goes generic. for now they are happy to have us carry their samples and continue to sell a drug we worked our asses off to promote until they stepped in shit and it became a huge success over night. the same time the stopped paying us on it. atleast 10% was something. but 0% is an insult, especially when the ventiv reps get comped on mobic.
