Q4 Payout for APN

Remember the good old days of just one year ago when the total APN payout on bonuses was between 1-1.5 million dollars? I am getting so sick of hearing about record profits and record payouts. Am I the only one that remembers what the payouts were last Q4? WE ARE MAKING LESS THAN 50% OF WHAT WE MADE LAST Q4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is anybody elsed pissed off at this or is it just me. I love my boss, my co-workers and who I call on, but it will be impossible to continue to work for just my base pay. Funny.........after that voicemail and the quotas for Q1. I actually returned a recruiters phone call today and have an interview set up for next week. I have been holding out but with no payout on the APN the recruiter called at the right time!

Its amazing a WH member cutting on a APN rep. Hey one word for you GYNAZOLE. You guys needed a second sales team to bail your nembers out. In case you forgot it called the Hematenic Sales force. And we can talk for hours on the leader of that sales team, what a complete air head! I swear he reminds me of Pee Wee Herman!

COME ON GUYS/GALS! Can't we all get along and learn how to deal with this godforsaken place. We all work for the same company so let's stop trying to figure out who works/sells more. I work for the APN and love my WH counterparts and am happy they are there. Our geography is much larger and I couldn't do it without them. No reason to have so much anger. Use the energy elsewhere!

I agree my counterpart is ready to leave just like me. We talk about openings more than work. There is no reason to start a fight with our brothers and sisters its stupid.Work together do your best and pray for an offer good enough to bolt. Thats our plan and so far its worked well for both of us. So far.

Thanks for the numbers for Q4, numbers guy. I agree with the above post. I could not be working with finer people than my WH partners. I feel blessed to have them as my partners. My partners have always had my back on PNV as well as the NEW DOG Encora. We are also looking and helping each other out. We hope we can leave soon. I too love my APN counterparts. Much more so than some of the dummies in my district ...lifers who seem to have to be told when and what to do at every intersection. Why is it, too, that the less skilled sales reps are also the most jealous gossips on the planet? Lucky for them we have a great manager who can sell for them.
My bonus/quota situation is great, but I sure hate to see APN jacked around, because the two I know best are true professionals. They will leave, and thats not good for the company. I would miss them so much.
