I am interviewing for a position with Takada in TN.
I have 3 years B2B & 1 year pharma experience.
Any idea on what the base pay would be?

low 40's. Takeda is very conservative and below average for industry pay. Gotta start somewhere.

How about for someone with 3 years and numerous awards?

LOL whoever said 40s is either not with Takeda or got shafted.. Negotiate your salary. Your base should be 50ish. I personally know reps that started Takeda over 60 with experience.

I have heard all different kinds of ranges. I believe a lot of it has to due with obviously your experience, but your DM and your geography as well. Some parts of the country have a lower cost of living than others. I believe this is factored into it, whether they admit it or not

I turned down a job at Takeda because they couldn't even match my 68k base. I wasn't even really looking for more money, I just wanted out of my company and in Takeda, but not for less money.
