Since their are so many reps and managers leaving maybe Teamm should be pro active about keeping the rest of us here. We have all this extra salary around since Teamm isn't filling vacated territories. How about giving everyone a 10k raise starting in July. That's not as much as it seems, only $384 a paycheck more. That seems like a small price to pay to keep a producing territory active. I'm just throwing out some ideas since I don't know one person who isn't looking, managers included. It would show some gratitude to the reps who are loyal and sticking with it through thick or thin.
