Stand up Jerry. We have docs that like us as reps, like our product, but prices are too high. They can't write "brand med Nes" it is then filled with a generic and we are screwed. Our numbers look like shit and you will come screaming. Thats what we hear from the doctors day in and out. They can go over the counter much cheaper, or get generic. I can write but it will be filled with a gerneric. Or they get a call back from the pharmacist. Get some balls and speak up to the family or get out and get some one that will. We need something in our bag that we can sell. Give us a chance to do our job so we don't have to listen to your put downs. Give us some solutions, not just your rants. Be a leader for once since you came here. Stop running our great people out the door. Better yet, go out the door and don't let it hit you in the ass on the way out!

I can't hold on much longer. He has no leadership at all. The only thing he can do is bring one down. It is his way or the highway. He treats you like crap, no matter what your numbers are, good or bad. I am so sick of this so called leader. No wonder everyone is looking or leaving and we have so many vacancy and our overall numbers suck. We have too many people coming and going and if they are going you know they have been interviewing and not workning which hurts. I would love to see more exit interviews not just the ones in my area. I know I see how they hate this jackass jerry, so HR and the owners know it too! You dont get it. Jerry serves at the pleasure of Sarah and Marc. He will be at ther-rx as long as they want him. When they grow tired of the excuses, which are the same excuses of the previous VPs, directors, presidents-they will fire him as well. The industry knows that this place is a revolving door. Its a joke. Reach and frequency does not work, black listing works, changing bonus plan works, the company in spite of "record profits" does not make the sales goal. I thought the first few years this was due to shitty forecasting, now I believe its planned. Jerry, Scott, Mike they all have been here long enough to forcast reasonable-but challenging sales quotas. The beard, the one who did not graduate college, the same one who would rather build and design furniture, the same one who lives in a tree house, this person is in charge of providing the sales goal. 1+1=3. The funny thing is that wall street expects nothing from this company. KV does not give guidance. KV does not hold analyst conference calls. The next time KV holds an analyst conference call will be the first one. BTW a lot of companies are hiring-dont be affraid there are a lot of fulfilling careers, with real benefits, and real opportunity.

What about the one's that do get it now. The one's that say moved for this company with their families. It is high time that the leader, Jerry, step up and be just that. Start speaking up and lead this company that has a lot of potential. If what you say is true about Mark and Sarah then Jerry could lead much better, but he must not have the leadership it takes. Maybe you can leave Ther Rx at the drop of a hat, but I can't, not yet. Too much invested at this point, plus I do like what I am doing but he his clearly the problem. Maybe if he spent more time planning the business end and working a plan with input from others instead of it always being "It is Jerry Wenkers way or no way at all" yes I even heard that from dear old Al. That is one of the reasons Al couldn't take it anymore and we all know Al didn't BS.

I have talked to Al and he did not leave because of wanker. He moved to be by his daughters and aging parnets. Wanker can be a dick, but that is not why Al moved.

Al is just being polite. Jerry is working his way around Ther rx. He will TRY to get rid of the ones he does not want, the ones he sees as not his, and Al was not one of what he wanted. We saw that on the board and it got pulled. I remember it. Then like a month or so later Al was gone.

Who is Jerry's next target? I know he is after a good part of the sales force, he already treats us like second class citizens but who is the big fish target?

Al is gone and we can't change that. I loved Al as much as anyone else that personally knew him. Mr. Winky is who he is and that will never change. He will not be going anywhere for quite some time. He is making the company record profits at the expense of our bonuses. Unless we convert PreCare Premere and PrimaCare(new version) in all of our offices, none of us will see a penny more bonus on these two products. Just another way to screw the reps. Encora will continue to SUCK OUT LOUD as long as it is in our bags. Either the patient will not fill it when the pharmacists explains it cost $60(or more out of pocket) or they never refill it. It is dead in the water now and we will not sell what we do not get paid on. I also do not believe that the rest of the country is at 75% to goal. This is TOTAL BULL SHIT. The only thing that gets me through my day is thinking of the good things I love about this job: my manager, my district co-workers, my women's health partners, and the great people I have the pleasure to call on everyday. The things I cannot change and will never change, I will not let occupy my mind. These things we bitch about on CF are totally out of our control. Try to remember what you love about this job instead of letting the BS that will never change ruin your life. When I think about the things that will never change I get a sick, depressed feeling and it totally takes the JOY out of my day. I refuse to do that to myself. When the bad is greater than the good in this job, I WILL LEAVE. Until that time I am going to concentrate on what I love about my job.

I agree with you too, and I am also a rep who does very well and helps pay your salary too Jerry. I can't stand to think I am jumping on a plane to see your face for a whole week. To hear you tell us how we suck. I will have to punch you in the face if I hear it. I bust my ass to get my numbers. To think I have to go to Prez club with you (I hope I don't) I love the re direct too. Lets blame someone else for it. We all know how we feel and how we are treated. I get to say goodbye to the people I love to be treated like crap by this man for a week.
