Can anyone give me a honest response about the company culture?

 

they have their problems like every company but I like it! Base pay is not up to par but the bonus pay is great if you perform. Territories are pretty big which is frustrating especially considering the small amount of entertainment money we get. The company is growing and people are excited. Everyone on this board likes to complain but I really don't think any other derm company treats their reps any better than Skin Medica...for those that disagree go see if the grass is greener some where else...it's not. NO company is perfect and I think we have it pretty good here.

There is no team in her...I'm finding that out. Will butter you up and just step all over you. I thought I could be a bitch!

 

I think I'm glad I'm not going after this job after all the things I have been reading here! It's bad enough where I am.

Don't bother. I had thought it was a great opportunity. After meeting with them I was disappointed. They really don't have it together at all! I would not work for them and frankly after interviewing with them, I'm thinking of just getting out of pharmaceuticals all together! Things are just too uncertain in this industry anymore!

 

What area are they interviewing in? Anyone know who the manager is in Virginia? Anyone contacted for Virginia?

Think that the position in Virginia is already filled. I was contacted a while back and probably it's a done deal by now. Not sure who got it.

 

sugar coated how you see fit, but the model of this company is hire inexperienced people and see if it pans out. Mid mgt is just eager beavers and will jump on it to better their careers. If it rolls, then good..if not then..inexperience is to blame.

 

mid managers are inexperienced puppets. some know the game while others use people to be pleasers, both in and out of work hours.
