She was asking my opinion on how best to communicate with her reps??? We had just met, was she serious???? She was all about her the entire conversation. She didn't need me there.
There is no "wondering how"...she is the biggest suck up I've ever known. She will say and do whatever it takes to get herself promoted. She is NOT management material and hopefully will trip herself up in time and SM will catch on!
Look at the facts on this one. How long has she been at the company when she was given the job? How did she rank in terms of sales? What would/did her peers say about her? It is very easy...she has something on someone in upper mgmnt. What does she know/ what did she do? Who will or does show her respect? Pathetic...sums up this move!
Its late and I am not supposed to be on here according to my manager...it may hurt some feelings that a particular suck up is being ragged on.
Re: skinmedica... whats it like/Part-time? I am interviewing for a part-time position, 3 days per week with the chance of roll-over in 6 months. to full time..cosmeceutical division...any info on the part-timers would be appreciated. Thanks
been there, done that. It's the best gig for SkinMedica, cuz they give you zero benefits of a full-time rep, yet you will FOR SURE be working Full-Time. Then if you make too much money as a part-time rep, they'll just lower your commissions. I would look elsewhere.

Give her a break! I think she is doing an awesome job, clear, concise, and articulate with her messages and getting important information to us in a timely manner. In fact, I already had a Dr. ask me for NDC number of the SD and even though I did not have sample in hand she will write if I get that information to her. I put it in the mail this morning. So I suggest instead of being so negative-figure out what you need to do to be successful in selling our new products and if not go find another job!
I agree that we need to give her a chance but I also agree that she has a special way of getting under my skin!! She's just the type you think of when you think of "the" trainer for a company.
