I am starting to wish that I had never come to SM. She doesn't even try to be professional! Does she even know what that is???
I think she'll continue getting away with it. She totally plays up to corporate and they have fallen for it. It's an insult to everyone else that works here that is professional and hard working!
You're making a big deal out her getting you an NDC number!! Come on, she didn't do that...she just passed the information along. If you think she is getting us important info. to us in a timely manner you have low expectations of a corporate trainer. I will give her a chance but my standards are much higher than yours.
Two sales forces CX and RX. The CX side is B2B (docs only) selling with great commissions $15-$17k a quarter if you sell at 100% quota. Base $50-60's...and yes making 6 figs not that hard to do on both CX and RX sides, if you work at it. Car, computer call tracking, no micro manage RSM's, small pharma feel. If you are good with relationship selling and like to actually have fun with docs while making them a profit it's your job. I love it. There are too many negative post on here about this company. Most of them are from pharma reps who wanted to jump into selling CX products. Asking a doc for a personal credit card # is a lot harder than asking the doc to write a few scripts when he/she remembers your product. Your RSM kows how much you sell every day so you can't hide. If you like to work you will get $paid. Every small start-up company has it kinks.....
Interviewed yesterday for a position in Detroit. Anyone know what happen to the previous rep and if this position is worth going after. My recruiter seems to like the opportunity better than I do.
Recruiters always think the opportunities are good. They want the cash. They do not know you or the company. They will tell you get this position, work about 2 years there, and then we will hook you up somewhere better. I was told this about a position with this company for a job in Fl. Recruiter said great company...blah,blah, blah....great manager..blah, blah...manager said she did not know the recruiter-in fact, she was new at it. After talking to her-he did not know her either...she did not know her butt from a hole in the ground. Do your homework...they will all say it is good.
Be glad you didn't end up with that position.....SHE is the worst manager....I'm getting out if she doesn't! Heard there was a possibility of her leaving, anyone know if that is true??
I would not call it made, but there is another way to describe how she got there. Just check out the other SM posts from the past and it is very easy to figure out.
Your not talking the diry..slept her way up are you? That is bad...since we all know she is miss high and mighty for corp., but miss naughty bad n private.
