When I have been waiting in a waiting room for less time than other reps and got called up before them. Whoever says looks don't matter is full of BS. Tell that to the less attractive rep. left sitting there!!!

well im a size 0 so hopefully i get hired (Please note sarcasm). But, actually, 0's are too large on me. Will they look past the anoretic in me? I'm actually being serious...I've had trouble getting jobs in the past b/c I don't look well.

First, some companies hire because you are qualified, not because of what you look like.

Second, if a male is doing the hiring and he opts for the barbie doll type, he is probably short and has to compensate for what he lacks at home.

Third, why should women have to worry so much when tons of men in this industry have beer bellies, are short, have cheesy facial hair and dress like metro sexuals?

Take a look around the waiting rooms and it appears that the hiring managers seem to have a type that they prefer to hire. Size 0-4 females and white males > 6ft tall.They can't have that as a requirement because that would be discriminationm but you really don't see many exceptions.
