AIT Labs?

Anyone know anything about this company? They are a Specialty Lab out of Indy who test Chronic pain drugs. Any info would be great!

I do know a little bit about AIT labs. They deal in trace detection of drugs. Their cutoff for THC is 20ng. Which is next to nothing. Opiate cutoff is 50ng. If you test positive for opiates at the 50ng on their instant test, it is then sent in to them and they break that down to see what you are taking. And they bring it down to a 20ng cutoff on the send it. Like oxycodone they will break that down and tell the quantitive amount and whether or not it is consistent or inconsistent. Inconsistent means that you did not list that med on your drug test form, but you tested positive for it. Consistent mean that you did list something like percocet and are legit in taking it. They also will break it down to oxymorphone in the quantitive consistent/ inconsistent. If you are taking something like codeine in the midst of all that, they can tell you took that also. They are very accurate. If you try and fool the test, they can check that too, but most labs can do that. They will go on specific gravity, ph, and creatinine in the urine. AIT labs is pretty amazing. What they can't tell is if you have been taking the medication as prescribed.

 

actually they can determine that. serum levels as it relates to steady states rather than urine. science backs it. and yes, you can find articles supporting this science, unlike RX Guardin....

I guess you didn't read the statement correctly "What they can't tell is if you have been taking the medication as prescribed". This means that they can't tell you if you are taking 1 oxycodone every 3-4 hours as prescribed. It was on AIT website at one time and they even admitted that they could not. If I ever find that link I will link back to it!

This company blows! It is run by a bunch of ass clowns!

 

Then either you don't know who runs the company, or you don't know what an ass clown is...

I think the answer to both in your case is "yes".

Other than what services they offer, any specifics on the culture of the organization? I see one good comment and one bad, but no specifics.

i heard they just slashed all sales reps budgets and have no info on new commission plan that is coming out. i will be in their accounts after hearing this. i thought i might be able to get more info on here about it

 

They are a forensic tox lab, where they analyze blood, urine, tissues, meconium, nonbiological samples (syringes, tablets/pills, powders, vials, illicit drugs, suspected drugs, etc.) and a compliance monitoring lab, where they test urine and urine.

For compliance monitoring, they utilize immunoassay for screening and combination of GC/MS and UPLC/MS/MS for confirmation. GC-FID is used for ethanol. About 40 - 50 drugs in their compliance monitoring panels.

For forensic purposes, they utilize immunoassay (ELISA, CEDIA) and UPLC/ToF for screening and combination of HPLC, GC/MS, UPLC/MS/MS for confirmation. GC-FID is used for volatile analysis. Analyze for a huge amount of compounds (over 300). Accredited by the ABFT.

They have PhD and MS toxicologists on hand and consult with clients daily.

Constantly churning out new methods of analysis and modifying panels of drugs to suit the client needs. I just saw on their website that they developed and validated a test for JWH-018 and JWH-073 (K2/Spice) for blood in forensic cases and compliance monitoring cases. A urine assay is on the way.

 

Cut car allowance by $350, commission, and took away mileage reimbursement. Must be trying to get people to quit.

 

AIT Management

Is it true Stan M. Is manager for the west? At cephalon he was not respected at all by his piers and reps, and was completely useless in the field. With reps in the field he would dominate the conversations with customers, and turned a lot of customers off. He choose to leave Cephalon before he was fired. Stan is a total micro manager and douche bag!!! Before interviewing for any future positions, I would make sure you don't report this tool.

 

Well, their plan is working. Six reps have left so far in the past few weeks. We now have to PAY TO WORK! Buh-Bye.....

It is true! He manages one of the three regions in the west.

 

Honest question, how many reps has Stan M ran off from AIT, most reps make it 6-12 months. Granted opportunities are few, so some poor souls may have to go longer. Good Luck West!

 

1 quit another was dissolved and the rest are job hunting heard he bogs down reps with useless paperwork in order to cover up his lack of real ability to lead a team there is one in every company

 

They are all rodeo clowns. Go to Luitpold. I heard they are giving a base of $110K for chronic pain. I'm on my 4th interview and I'm going to get the gig if I have 2 blow them. Oh yeah!
