I cannot believe that Lupin is making us work on the weekends. Does anyone have to do this, or is this what my stupid manager is just telling us to do???? If Mickey only knew what type of manager he/she were!

 

Lupin to get fired after ranbaxy now .Lupin is going through a very grilling inspection by US FDA at its mandideep plants in central india .The inspection is being done by Maichael and Parul Patel .The findings are more dangerous and life threatening than Ranbaxy warning letters issued recently .

 

Why are you talking through your hat ? Do you know anything first hand of inspection ? I do. There is nothing damaging at all in findings so far . Inspection is going well. Let the inspection finish and you will know you were wrong.
Whoever generates such rumours ? And with what motive ?

 

I don't know about any inspection at their plant. But I KNOW for a fact that Lupin is a bullshit cheap company that pays shit wages and expects their reps to work huge territories. Only take a job here if you need one.
They are currently hiring on people to raise the salesforce to 100 and they pay between $45-50K, they don't care about experience.
Good place for new reps to gain experience then tell Mickey and the rest Hasta la Vista baby!

The cyber terrorist who was spreading romours about FDA inspection of Lupin has been identified.He is an ex disgruntled employee of Lupin and Ranbaxy.He ganged up with some
present disgruntled employees to panic the market and trying to give bad name to Indian Pharmaceutical Industry.Unfortunately, it seems a friendly USFDA inspector of that disgruntled employee also played along.There are also some other disgruntled past employees who also joined the chorus.The same guy also posted anonymous remarks on Ranbaxy's Paonta Sahib inspection.
Watch this space for the cyber terrorist's name to appear.

Why would a USFDA inspector "played along" unless there was some truth to it?

This company has a bunch of employees that are rejects from good pharmaceutical companies. There is nothing here that would entice someone to come to work here or stay.

 

The company is a joke. During my interview the "hiring manager," was lauging at text messeges he was receiving in the middle of my interview while I was speaking. The entire process was unorganized. My gut feeling would be to stay away from this company.

 

WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ABOUT TRAINING A LUPING AND TEST, HOW THRY DO IT PLEASE BE SERIOUS ABOU IT I GOT LAY OFF FROM BIG ASTRA ZENECA IN JANUARY AND NEED TO WORK SO FAR THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I WAS ABLE TO LAND A JOB.

that's because the company monitors this website, so everyone is afraid to post. salary is lower than any other company, if you want an example, eli lilly will start you at 75k-85k based on experience. this company won't give you more than 50k. i know people are looking for jobs so do what's best for you. they're hiring and they have products that are branching out, but managed care is terrible, and you're competing against the big boys. the good thing is that they don't expect your market share to be more than 5% because the products are "me too," the markets are so competitive and managed care coverage sucks. BTW, the docs say Vytorin is easy because it's one pill, and Lipitor-Zetia, or Zocor-Zetia combination is what has been engraved in their brains. it's all about changing habits, and they're not easy ones to break.

 

Zetia/Vytorin is not even competition for Antara, however Antara is a me-too product in a flooded market and this company micro manages to the point you cant even imagine, not a great gig but fine until something better comes along
