They are the real deal, I use their proucts. The rainbow technology is very very real and even more important is the glucose monitoring that they are about to finish developing. Itd be nice to not have to draw blood ever again. Also, as far as ethics, my rep is a past NICU nurse and has the biggest heart and best attituded of any other company regardless. Just some honest input!

I'm interviewing with them and they are offering $500 car allowance pre-tax; $60-65K base and 1st year guarantee of $120K.

Anyone working there now care to comment on their marketing strategy? I heard they are so focused on Hemoglobin and selling to the OR but their biggest competitor just launched a different platform for anesthesia. Who has the upper edge and WHY??

You will wish to God you did not take this job.
You will NOT make $$$, you will be paying off your draw forever (its the Masimo way!).
You will be looking for something else w/in 4-6 months of accepting.

Its called the Masimo Flu. Don't catch it.

I interviewed with these clowns and found them to be disorganized, arrogant, and most of all, they did not tell me much about the job in the interview. It was all about how great the company was yet they couldn't clearly verbalize a call plan/territory and expectations.

It was a waste of my time.

Got a call also. Good to hear feedback. Can't get much information about the job out of them either.

this company is cash flush, pays their reps what they say, are ethical, have a great product and very good pipeline, any negative comments are completly unfounded and probably angry people who werent offered a job, lastly very easy to work with mgmt, i came from pharma this is lightyears above, i was a Phizer rep and wish i had gone into devices 7-8 yrs sooner.

    Re: Masimo Interview???

I am going to interview for the Masimo Physician Office Territory Manager position for the pronto 7. does any one have an idea of comp? guarantee? base? etc. I have heard some really good things about this company. Any thoughts? I was also curious about the interview process. Is it more behavioral?
