What a joke- CW is like most leaders - promises promises but they seem to forget this is not the pharma industry of old. He needs a major reality check- I think he use to say things like failure is not an option- go read another leadership book and come up with new material.

IF and when this company is ever ready to try and commercialize again....RUN! Just ask some of his former Regional he hired for a couple months, promised things were great, then fired before Christmas '09. Then ask about the Regional who tried to work for Amgen and was threatened due to non-compete that he better not take the job.
