uh oh...the sky is falling

The RD, a DM, and an RST were all fired back in April - then 2 more DMs were demoted - they had to beg to keep their jobs and the Specialty DM knew the shit was hitting the fan so he just got a new job and left the company. We still have an Interim RD and they have been hiring DMs from outside the company because of all the shady shit that has gone on.

That TX ship is sinking like no other. AW is gone? Comical....Any solid organization would recognize the circus in town. I love keeping up with FRX people; its like 'Days of our Lives'. Is KK really gonna become mgr?? Have the execs ever watched rocks attempting to float?? It seems as if you couldn't paint them a picture, draw a map, or scream about what is currently happening. The talent has left or is currently AGGRESSIVELY in pursuit. Best of luck FRX ....you're gonna need it

It is only fitting that these people are being moved out and on. They added no value and spent more time on the phone talking the game than actually working. The harassment to reps and buddy buddy coverage that they gave each other was a joke. Now if only KM could be dumped and the RD forced out life would be better.
KM after all is only immune to this because she will cry if confronted.

 

I read this the other day and thought it was the best perspective I've ever read on our industry.

"The problem is that the industry started paying way too much for the skills of pharma reps in the late 80's/early 90's, and an entire generation of folks got accustomed to bloated salaries. Face it, there is no other industry in the country where reps with low end bachelor degrees can routinely surpass 100K without any shred of a specialized skill set. In most cases, folks would be jumping ship left and right if faced with FIVE YEARS of uncertainty, but pharma folks know there is no place to go that offers the same pay opportunities. As a result, this board is ripe with bitter and unrealistic people who have a distorted perception of what they're worth. You all want 100K+, but fail to realize that you have absolutely ZERO effect on physicians and their prescribing habits. It all comes down to CMS and HMO formulary decisions and we all know that we can cut 80% of the existing sales force to accomplish the same outcomes.

Ill stop short of lambasting the entire industry and calling all reps a bunch a worthless idiots like some do (some of the best and most talented people I know are pharma reps), but its time to face the facts. Get out now and get retrained/re-educated rather than wait for the inevitable to happen."

 

I concur with this. KM is WORTHLESS, she is weak, she pathetic and without her authority she is nothing. She needs to be gone, all she does is bully and demand extra stuff from her reps. She is a perfect example of someone who should be gone, she will "cry" and probably file a lawsuit about being discriminated against or some other BS but who cares?
Hey KM here is an idea...you spent enough money to be a mom. Why don't you go be one!
