I love Blackheads last grasp for cash, raise the price of Testopel so friggin high nobody will buy but in the meantime he can try and line his pockets on the way out the door.

    What a dirt bag!

We are BROKE FOLKS. We may be privately held but people on the inside are talking and they are looking to get off the ship.

How can a company be "broke" when since going totally independent in April of this year sales each month have been double, sometimes even triple, what the forecast and/or goal was? Company is kickin' serious ass and this is coming from someone who KNOWS a little bit of what's going on - not some dildo talking shit because they weren't invited to the party. ;)

BTW: price is just fine considering the reimbursement is $10-$15 over the cost per pellet. Someone appears to have been absent the day they taught simple economics in junior high...

Blackhead is probably the only CEO who actually replies to and fights with posters on this site. Pathetic

It disgusts me to see the lack of ethics displayed by Mr. Whitehead and his unscrupulous collection of minions and crooks. They don't care about the little people they step on in order to make a buck.

The S code is NOT I repeat NOT specifically for Testopel. Testopel tried and failed to get a J code. That WOULD HAVE been specific to Testopel. It is smoke and mirrors because the S code is applicable to testosterone pellets and Testopel is the only one approved. But can compounded ones use this code? Yes,and they do. Whomever is saying no is buying the BS from the top.

The whole thing seems bogus. Do they actually get any business?

Oh, I get it, so when offices that use compounded cheap ass pellets submit claims it's OK for them to get paid the $60-$75 that the S-code pays per pellet even though they paid like $20 for each mystery pellet? WTF? That's called fraud SON... ;) However you want to look at it dumbass, at the end of the day the S code is currently for Testopel ONLY...

Oh, and let me expand on where the actual FRAUD comes into play SON...notice that the S-code is SPECIFIC to testosterone pellet 75MG. Pay close attention now...if anyone uses the S-code other than TESTOPEL it WILL be considered FRAUD as the pellets will NOT be 75MG each, thus voiding the entire use of the code. Now, you might want to stop saying stuff to your accounts when you have NO IDEA WTF you're talking about as it is only going to get your dumbass into trouble! Good day! ;)

Dumbass? The S code pays based on actual invoice price, not on Testopel's AWP. So yes a compounded pellet of 75 mgcan submit in the S code and the provider lists their invoice cost. Dumbass. You are so fucking stupid. Go check with any claims depart or better yet, contact the AMA who sets the codes.
If a provider claims they paid $60 for the pellet but only paid $8 yes that is fraud. But dumbass they can and do use the S code. It is not , I repeat, not a J code specific to Testopel. any compunded 75 mg pellet can use that S code

Certain pharmacies may actively encourage physicians to use the code S0189 -- the
code assigned to Testopel -- in their billing. As a result, physicians may be reimbursed as if they used Testopel, the FDA-approved product, when in actuality they used a less expensive, unapproved product. The Office of Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“OIG-HHS”) refers to this illegal practice, i.e., “billing for a more expensive service than the one actually performed,” as “upcoding.” OIG-HHS has identified upcoding as “among the most frequent subjects of investigations and audits by the OIG.” This practice also violates the False Claims Act when the federal government is the payor, as the government is paying for a FDA-approved, cGMP compliant, product, but is actually receiving an unapproved drug product compounded without regard to cGMPs.

Now we really know you don't know what the hell you are talking about. The office never gets asked their invoice cost by a private insurance copy for the S code. Go back to your compounding world of and suck off your boss who keeps feeding you a line of shit. ALso stick to your anti aging docs who believe your shit. We will take care of the big accounts who don't want to risk be sued.
