That package sounds about right. I can tell you that your success will really depend on the territory. What territory are you looking at? Tell me about your background. The original people that came on with this sales force like me were about 80% hard core device people. It has been culture shock as it really turned out to be more of a pharma gig than we thought it would be. After the BMS buyout it has gotten even worse. Please elaborate more on your situation and I would be more than happy to answer any questions you have to the best of my ability.
