I agree, I wish people wouldn't get on here and talk about that kind of stuff. First, it looks bad and second no one knows what really goes on behind closed doors. If things are said that aren't true it really does damamge to those involved. this is a place to talk about work and not gossip.

Sounds to me like the persons that got caught with their pants down are the bitter ones and want this all to go away. You have gotten away with this for years and karma is harsh. We are all sick of it. This is the place for gossip when that gossip has to do with our work environment and our ability to get promoted without knee pads. Get over it people, morality is the most important quality in a leader and we have the right to express that.

Geez, Bitter Betty much? Listen to you, you sound like a 3 year old stomping their feet. Really, what good does it do to spread gossip? Who would want to buy from a consultant that has this mentality? That gossip is good and productive? Seriously. I run from bad seeds like yourself @ NSM's - gossip is non-productive and makes you look like an unprofessional idiot. WHO CARES if people have slept together - go work somewhere else if you can't handle it. Life and business are so much better when I work with people that focus on the positive - and not the DRAMA.

I'm not impressed by the churn and burn. There is more to success than "work ethic".

Work less than 80 hours a week? - NOT ACCEPTABLE... have a family AND the audacity to want to spend time with them? - NOT ACCEPTABLE...

I work for a nut job. Ten voicemails a day about nothing. Five emails that require
responses about nothing. If you have a comment, you're told you're extremely negative.
I don't know what is going on with the unrealistic expectations and lack of $$$. I know I've had it, along with 6 others in my region.

I had the same experience, may even be the same manager if you are on the west coast. Would get several calls/emails a day (the whole team would) asking nonsensical questions. Everytime I would see it was her calling, I would get a sick feeling. Its almost liked being stalked. How can you be fully productive and interact with your client base while always being kept on edge. It got to feel like bullying because as you stated, if you present issues or challenges you face in your territory (mostly caused by high turnover and loss of faith on clients part) unrealistic expectations were handed to you as a result. I call it delusional bullying. Good luck to you and the team!

I have the worst manager there is!! Words can not describe how phony and evil. That's ok, because karma always wins.

AMEN! Yes, karma catches up. Just know there's not a pot of gold at the end of the SM rainbow. Life is short, family is important. This is a thankless job that will get you nowhere and take you away from life. Money isn't everything. If you want recognition be a part of the Presidents club w/ a bunch of fake, shallow women, do it! Overall you will be constantly micromanaged, called, emailed, etc. The most ridiculous sales job I've ever had. Silly. I had been in sales for 23 years successfully! I was so excited to be on the SM team, I left a good job that I had been@ for 8 years to join SM. My numbers weren't lacking, new door expectations were met. I just could not work for a psycho. Bottom line.

Not interviewing, just curious about what's still going on there. Thanks!

So who are you laying down as your bet to leave based on your knowledge of what the current regime likes and dislikes. Give name, and reason why they are likely to be gone. Good, bad and the ugly.

    Do you have game?

Why are our quotas so flawed? Why doesn't management get it? Why can't they eyeball the data and realize a major problem exists? Do they care ? With attainment over 130% makes zero sense!!!
