Stop worrying about what us shareholders will receive from the inevitable sale. You left and let your options expire- we stayed and will achieve our financial rewards.

You must have A LOT of shares if you're expecting a $10 payout. I predict an owner of 15,000 shares will owe the company money.

Did you mean a fire sale or a yard sale?

As an ex-ImpactRxer which did just get sold, trust me when I tell you your options will be worth nothing, just like our options were so far underwater we could see the Titanic from them. VC's get paid first so options don't start collecting a cent of value until the sale price tops what they put into the company. You do the math for Target. For Impact the sale price was about $25 million too light. And that was just to get our money back.

We're all in the same boat. I just don't want any idiots building false hopes. Good luck to you.

If TRX is still hiring people, then a deal is not done. Any new owner would shut down adding a new overheard until an integration analysis was complete.

A stupid post regarding not to hire. Anyone with half a brain knows you must still run a company regardless of acquisition rumor mills. TargetRx must continue to hire.

I expect the valuation to be close to $30 million. I have seen deals done at better valuations yet flat sales number do have an impact.

You must be smoking crack!? At most, TRX brings in $10-12MM a year. With a declining client base, there is no way someone would be crazy to spend this kind of money.

I smoke nothing other than a fine Cuban cigar twice a year. I know how deals get done and any buyer knows the value of this management team! They bring $3-$5 million of value in alone.

$30 million?? - what you are smoking may very well be from a nearby tropical country, but it is certainly not Cuba

fact of life: small companies in the MR space are selling at .5 - 1X sales, not 4 -5X sales, as the record of the last two years will indicate

We seem to be on a path for $8 - 9 this year so we sell for $6 - 9, give or take - all of us with employee shares will get no more than pizza and soda at CS departure - he will get a small fortune, off the sweat of our brows

Management contributing $3 - 4 of our 8 - 9 ??- now that's the drugs speaking through you again- the executive team has not sold one single dollar of this years revenues, or for that matter last years either - of course they would have to come to work to do that, so they are at a distinct disadvantage

It's a historically great company, and I would live and die with my friends in the rank and file here - but I guarantee you would not see my generals on that battlefield - they have been AWOL since the middle of last year

Good luck, and God bless us all

ImpactRx had $26 million in revs and sold for $15 million.

Management team worth buying, you must be kidding.

In any sort of acquisition the seniors rarely last more than a couple of years, you don't get the management with an acquisition just the cost of their golden parachutes.

Well I would think such a variety of opinions could get some consensus around valuation and management worth. It seems there is little love lost for senior management so we associate a low value to them. There is a wide range on both company value and current 2011 revenue attainment. It seems no one is sure where the ball will land so say zero value of the management component and a value then at $22,345,690. Maybe as high as $23,563,286.

For all the angry remorseful posters please try to hold off comments until next year. Find comfort that your alum will not be scattered across the streets of Horsham!

Maybe openings will get created whereby we can all work together again.

    May God bless.

How do you figure a company with 6-8MM in revs will sell for 23MM when a competing company with 27MM in revs sold for 13.5MM... you all need to stick to your day jobs. The sale price is based on the market (like homes). No buyers = low low price

You missed my point. If the company was sold to another company, they would put on a hiring freeze. It would be business as usual until they could fully analyze the talent and overlap between companies.

I've been through several M&A's and that occurs only when there is a letter of intent with an agreed upon deal (verbal/LOA). Up and until then, its BAU.

Still, no way Target is worth 30MM (as you suggest). Its more like 5MM

When is the deal scheduled to close? It has been a while and activity has picked up. Anxious to receive my stock option proceeds.

Stock option proceeds? - you would have to be a BOD or Exec team member, lucky person, as our employee options are worthless - they have been vaporware since the CS-appt round of financing.

4 VCs and 4 execs only - no me, no you, and no one else either
