I honestly think you write such comments to try for a new response trend (which I am taking the bait), because you cant be that stupid.

I am a former employee and understand that our stock is worthless. Who might the buyer be? I will draft a formal redistribution letter as allowed by Delaware law.

What the hell are you talking about? If you own common stock you are as f*ked as grandma Moses. The company is located In PA.

Just because the company is located in PA does not mean it wasn't incorporated in DE.

    Q: Where is Citibank HQ?
    A: NYC

    Q: Where are they incorporated?
    A: Bahamas

None the less, the employee shares are worthless.

A shareholder redistribution letter is a good tactic as I have witnessed its success when suing other DE corporations. As a shareholder from the M. Luby days I can only see a modest return for us common holders of stock.

A better legal option would be to challenge all masqueraded severance and golden parachute payments through Delaware statutes Reg 18A.

Not fair to loose Proceeds to managers who allowed business to erode even if value prop never existed.

18A can only be filed by an acquiring company. Its purpose was to prevent post closing lawsuits by minority classes of shareholders. Acquiring entities trigger 18A so to redirect proceeds. Who is the buyer?

    I am the buyer:

    Gregg Steinhafel, CEO Target

    Pop Quiz Time, everyone

What do all these initials have in common: LLY, BMS, GSK, AMGN, PFE, JNJ, MRK, SA, AZ, BI, CS, and PH?

Easy answer: The first five represent the $10 million in 2011 business that we have been informed will not renew next year

The second five won't even accept proposals from us

And the last two have been leading the company, and all the major accounts as this came down

So, now that you know the answer to that, you go to the bonus round, where you get to answer the final question:

After this wholesale destruction of value, why are they still in charge?

For anyone outside the moron who wrote this, this posting was not done by a current employee since many of his facts are incorrect. Like so many other pstings, most likely this was done by a disgruntled former employee.

Right you are, my agitated friend

LLY and GSK were last year, so the numbers are more like $3.2 in 2010, and $6 in 2011 - so yeah, 10 was a mistatement, but hey, who's counting when the numbers are that big, and that sad

But this does not change the overall size of what was lost, or who was in charge

C'mon man, stop blaming the victim - I just work here, I'm not in charge, and I will leave, like you, with a few weeks pay while these guys leave with a few years. Wish I was them, even with everybody bitching about them, but I'm not them, just a disgruntled current employee, which is about what all of us here are, except for two

Next pop quiz - which two?

If you be a current employee, why throw all your colleagues under the bus by informing the outside world your current financials? We are all well aware of the fall off the company has experienced the last 5 years.

Whoa, wait a second there - our financials have been blasted all over these threads for weeks, and I just saw another take on them on the ImpactRx board

Looks like about a dozen or more different styles of writing going on here too, so there are all kinds of people with all kinds of axes to grind apparently

That's alot of angry for a firm with less than 50 people in it, you think?
