Funny how everyone attacks the CEO at the end. If you were this unhappy, why didnt you leave in the first place? Grant it, I am not a hug kind of person, but geez, if I were that unhappy, I would be spending my time looking for a job and not posting on this site.

For those of you who do not know CS, this is not an accurate depiction of him. He may have been overbearing, self centered, and cheap, but he was not a sexist. Here is reality: if not for the merger, we would have been locking the doors on 12/31.

OK, just grabby and vulgar...and there were how many women VP's?

Or, as they say on the verification questions for this site...enter the sum of zero and zero

I have to agree with a couple posts above, sexist is the one thing CS is not.

If you are all not aware of his history, he was hired to sell the company and that is all. That is what he does - move from fire-sale to fire-sale. He will take his money and run.

IRx employees need not worry, assuming all is well there. If he does come over then it's the grim reaper for you too eventually.

No women in the executive team - No diversity at the company. Need I say more.

True, but he was hired to build the company to the point where they could then sell the company for somewhere near, or in excess of the $40 million they put in.

After fees, the board got $5m this week - clearly they do not think he did his job...do you?

No he did not. The sale of the company at barely 1x indicates a horrible failure on CS's part. Woe the company he joins next.

Well, another corporate cautionary tale. ImpactRx, another crappy company, will merge with an an even crappier company to accelerate the speed at which both can go down the tubes.

Crappy Company + Crappy Company = Really Crappy Company

Female executives were tried several times. Dismal failures all.

Perhaps those very few who were hired did, and besides TW, who was that?
No woman over the level of director in my time here while there were as many as 10 guys VP and above

The real question is why the enormously talented women in the middle ranks never got a break - no amount of hugs makes up for that...or is that why some people never gave them a break? Let's hope our new bosses see the light
