Sit tight! This is going to be very interesting. I will post the names of the next wave as soon as I get confirmation (new jobs, interviewing phase etc...)

If you don't want your name posted then don't tell ANYONE that you're interviewing. Word travels even if you think it doesn't.

It would be nice if the non-producers left but it's the folks that are tearing it up in the field that are looking.

Pay for performance? OK! Whatever you say KC. You make the comp plan impossible to figure out so you don't have to pay people out.

Their is a simple solution to all of these issues. You pay people ONLY on hospital accounts. Everything else should be either a house account or quite frankly we don't care what you do with them.

Will we always have issues with distributors and tracings? YES, but if we eliminate all of the other shit it will make things a lot easier to figure out.

I hear these words echoed by all. Maybe when KC finally gets it they will be able to retain top talent. Until then, you are dealing with a ticking time bomb. Treat the people that you want to keep well. If they are really good they will have no problem landing another job.

They know that the company has no loyalty to them and this issue has been going on for so many years that we know it's not going to be fixed. I've been here so long and have not seen things change. I don't think the newbies are that stupid either. All us tenured folks are filling them in and telling them things WON'T CHANGE.

So if you are happy collecting a base salary and letting them pay you out whatever commision them deem that you're due then stick around. You're in the right place.

I'll give you a small hint. Two VAP reps in the process of bailing. One on the east coast, one on the west. Digestive Health is going to have 3 casualties between now and the new year. Two fom the east coast and one from the west.

You have been warned and remember...you heard it on cafepharma first.

    Pay for performance MY ASS!

Just got another job offer today. Have to weigh the pros and cons. Is it better to stay here or leave? I have a lot of thinking to do this weekend.

I am on the DH side. It would take a very good opportunity for me to leave.

Quality of life is awesome here, sure we have Salesforce now, but what company does not expect you to check a few boxes. Good products, good GPO coverage in my area. Decent money for where I live. Hit your number (or get close) and you are pretty much left alone.

I can't speak to VAP, never worked that side.

Always remember that the grass is not always greener.

I agree with you ALMOST 100%. The part about "hit your number." We have no way of telling if we are at or above goal. All we have to go on is what is told to us. The data has many flaws in it and nobody can explain it to the salesforce.
I think that is what the primary frustration is with people. Other companies have better ways of tracking data. For whatever reason KC either can't or just won't do that for us. It causes mistrust and giving people reasons to look and see if anything better is out there.

    Just saying..........

When leaving KC - do they want 2 weeks notice? Or, when you give 2 weeks, do they comeback and say that you are done immediately?
    What about final payout?
