Jeff is a great guy and TFX has brought on some new talent in upper management that seems to be making a real difference. There are a few old employees on this site who have been able to slack off over the years and are now being held accountable. Instead of calling a meeting to voice their concerns to seek real resolve they post negative comments on this site. TFX is a great company to work for and you would be lucky to work for Jeff.

What's your background, assume medical-surgical of one kind or another? If you are talented, sensible and motivated TFX is not for you. Take a job with TFX now and you will desperately want out inside of twelve months, guaranteed. Anything positive about TFX is just spin, don't believe it. Real talent comes, stays for awhile and then leaves when they realize this is a garbage company.

TFX has improved greatly in recent months but can anyone explain why the surgical rep in SW Ontario is still employed? This guy is a huge jerk hasn't met target in years and still has a very rich commission guarantee.....

Anyone have insight into the CVC/Vascular access division. I've heard all about Canada but it seems interesting with the Vasanova product. what about the leadership in that division? Mainly interested in the US positions. Pay quoted is a little over 100 k? Seems like a good first start.

    Thoughts?

Take a job at Teleflex but only if you are really, really desperate. If you have any talent at all I guarantee that you will regret joining this company and you will be looking for a real medical device company in a matter of months.

What is a realistic salary and bonus at TFX? How is their Dialysis division viewed as far as their products go? Thanks in advance.

No need to make a list for Santa and check it twice this year...our gift arrived earlier this year when Bill Reynolds and Sylviane Bizot were finally thrown out. Don't want top be greedy Santa but any chance you can help us get rid of the rest of the dead wood around here? It is time for Mills, Enright, Goldsmith and Saint Louis to go.

Teleflex Canada is a thousand per cent better without Bill Reynolds!! We are having fun at work for the first time in years, we are getting things done and the future looks really bright.

100% agree with this post...life is good at tfx canada now that all the idiots have been kicked out! its all good news but still hard to believe enright, goldsmith & st louis are still able to keep their jobs? oh well, maybe more change in the new year? happy 2012 to my good friends and colleages at tfx canada.

Well now this is very interesting. the reps you are hitting on now have all made plan this year so why would Teleflex want to get rid of these reps not to mention the valuable resource they would be. I guess you are threatened by anyone who is doing a good job and enjoys working for Teleflex as it proves your theories wrong

anyone who is truly interested, a job at Teleflex is a good choice in Canada or the US. Your salary depends on your experience entry level or seasoned rep. Products are good quality solid brands in the market. The company has gone through a lot of positive changes and are now focusing on medical products only. Like every company, there have been some issues with amalgamating new acquisitions, mostly related to regulatory issues...hot topic for the past couple of years but at least they are doing it Smooth sailing ahead now that it is done. I think it is a company to watch in the future.

    Re: Teleflex Medical Canada

You must be one of the three reps mentioned in the post? Not one surgical rep can stand being on the same team let alone the same room with goldsmith and enright. reynolds gave both of them a really easy quota, he knew TFX wasn't going to lose as much chest drainage business as reported. anyway, both are highly toxic, non team players....tfx way better off without them

This is a company to watch from a real job in medical devices, join Teleflex only if you are very, very desperate for a job. Turnover is incredibly high at this company, kind of says it all.

Dead wood? What about the virtual petrified forest they call Arrow reps? Low jack a few of their vehicles and you will see how static talent can be.

    Re: Teleflex Medical Canada

No disagreement. But the surgical reps do just as little and get paid at least twice as much as their Arrow counterparts...senior surgical rep bonuses are more than an Arrow rep's salary.
