Allos's ex-MGIs will be excluded from the deal.

How does it feel now in Allos for you ex -MGIs? Are you still bitching?

Not bitching at all. Just disappointed and frustrated at what things could have been here at Allos. So much potential gone to waste.

Oh well, I am off to spend more of my MGI stock option money. Maybe take a nice warm weather "vacation" with my family in January while entering calls from the beach. Looking forward to next Summer at my mortgage free lakehouse driving around in my new speedboat.

Sorry to disappoint the previous poster, but the sole reason for my employment at Allos is for medical/dental insurance and some play money. MGI stock options also paid for the entire college educations for my kids---private school, not some state run flunky school.

Happy Festivus all you miserable Allos schmucks. I'm still smiling!!!

Is this why you keep posting messages in Eisai board?

How is that stock option working out for you?! Are you getting ready for your company's bankrupcy?

Instead of bombarding Eisia's board with your garbage, worry about your mess and stop insulting Eisai's reps.

$2 a share? Really? How do you figure that? Paulie will strike a killer deal for all of us at $1 a share. He be real smart up in here and what not.

Multipy the annual sales by 4 and divide it by the number of outstanding shares.

EISAI is cash strapped and their credit rating is falling.

The best bet would be for Shionogi to buy Allos. They are one of the few remaining Japanese companies with out an oncology division. They have several supportive care drugs on the market plus some pipeline drugs that would fit well. They also have an agreement with Mundi/Purdue.

Has anyone talked with their BD executives?

What is Allos worth these days? $50 million? How much debt and liability does it have?

The great thing is Allos is debt free with $50 million in he bank. Not sure about market cap maybe $100 million.

Someone smarter than I can determine that one and post it later.

Now, Allos can buy a real product to sell.
