    Maybe the Post Acute DM couldn't take the "coaching". Cockroaches don't like to be exposed to the light. He might be reactive and retaliate, like he always does if you disagree with him. He is Alex Baldwin and he is clueless. Your not saving your employees their jobs. Most of them were successful before you got there. The one you ran off in Bham had won more awards than you ever dreamed off as a rep (remember thats the age discrimaination one).

    He sent a real nasty email to one of the ladies in the Post Acute district. Simply because she, suggested that the district needed to do more to honor the person who won the trip to Costa Rica. He got made at the lady for sharing her belief that KCI's virtual national meeting, with all of its technical difficulties, didn't adequately or properly give just recognition to The ONLY Person in the district that won the Costa Rica trip.

    His reply email, ripped the poor lady that made the suggestion a new one. In reading the nasty reply the DM sent her, for wanting to celebrate her district team mate's accomplishments, you would have thought she sent him an email that said "I hate KCI". The DM, was aggressive & ugly in his reply email for no reason!!!

    But, being typical him....after yelling at you for sharing an opinion that he doesn't agree with. He then comes back the next day & says, "I'm going to make you the Point Person for that". No apology. He NEVER apologies!!! And he postponed the celebration of his team, till the RVP was present at the District Meeting, so he could be observed pretending to care about the people he manages. I heard that last weeks District Meeting, when the RVP was present, was his first time congratulating people on his team that were 110% and 100% Award winners. No previous emails to say, Great Job in 2011. No nothing! It's all for show.

    Above you will find the null and void paragraph. HR works to cover the butts of corporate. Period. We have not had a culture of OPEN or HONEST (emphasis on honest) in years. Even the executive committee's / dept director's TRUTH would not be heard. Everyone too afraid of 100 pounds of pit bull in a ball gown. Give us a break, we are not as stupid or uninformed as you may think we are

    I reported a manager for bad behavior to HR and I am no longer with KCI, good luck with telling HR......

    The post acute Birmingham DM has been reported so many times to HR and nothing has ever been done about him.

    HR: you have the video, you can and have confirmed it happened, you have previous complaints, stack of horrible exit interviews, now do something. Try to avoid it by asking someone to report it, get real.

    Maybe this YouTube video link will answer your question. Phillip Hadley, KCI DM, showed it to us at the end of our District Meeting. Told us this is Apax (the new owner of KCI) attitude towards the sales people.
