US Endoscopy to be sold

Does anyone have anything to say positive about this company? I have an interview coming up. Would like to learn a little more than what the haters have written on this board. Pay range? Comm.? Company Car? Management? Other Reps?

Lets just say...I have sources very close to the situation. Family wants a few more incentives. Deal is almost done.
