Jokers should not be blamed 100%. R &D funding was dramatically cut and spent on commercialization of products. Jokers had no other choice but to run the circus.

 

When you don't have money for a real circus, you just bring in the clowns. Upper management loves clowns; they share so much in common. You really do get what you pay for.

 

It's always funny when home office saps spout off. It's funny because we sales people (who normally visit this site) have absolutely no idea who you're talking about.

 

We feel the same when we read your posts. At least we are all in agreement this company is whack. Sales and R&D share more in common than you think. We both have industry-recognized bottom of the barrel leadership, a losing strategy, wasteful spending and good employees who don't give a crap.

 

R & D clowns were not hired recently but already there from last five to ten years. They have been milking since then.

Hi Folks.
No one can promise you the packages. It should be earned by your sincere hard and team work. Packages can be taken away from any employees just the way we (upper management) stole all your yearly stock options and RSU's. Be aware of that.
