What's the story on this company? It's the Onset foams. Any potential here? Anybody know the management team there? Thanks

Precision acquired Onset in November. New CEO is ex J&J (Neutrogena) executive. I sent my cover letter and resume into HR a few months ago but, no response.

Not very optimistic about this company. The new VP, could we not get anyone better? Going nowhere fast with him as our leader

You shouldn't be. He will set quotas that are so out of reach and then leave the company before everyone finds out their not getting paid again. Hope u don't like getting bonused.

I agree, wonder how everyone feel about him now at PP. Remember his famous words I told you all when I hired you that there would be some bumps in the road starting a new company believe me we are building something special here, you will be rewarded. He didn't tell us that meant no bonuses! We all bought that and worked our tails off for no bonus! Some of us have unbelievable market share and increaes over last year yet we make no bonus! You forgot to add he micromanages the managers and reps to death with poorly executed marketing messages, call plans and etc. Good luck to the reps at Onset, get use to no bonus!

Can't say the training is any good either. Not impressed.

Why does the training suck???? What type of training do they provide for new hires? What about advanced training or mgmt development, anything like that? Whats the real problem??? Is there simply not enough training time & money invested into thier people OR do the programs currently offered need to be significàntly improved? Is new hire training conducted at the home office? Who leads it and how long is the new hire çlass? Thanks for the insight!

Anyone else optimistic about the Triax deal? At least we have some real products now.

If you think that those products will give you street credit with the derms you are sorely mistaken. Triax and their products were a joke. Locoid is a good product but the generic intrusion has killed their market share. Good luck newbie.

    BPO foam

The BPO foam is a good product, what is happening with that? The buzz in the derm industry is that it isn't approved as an Rx product and may be taken off the market.

    Re: BPO foam

That is why they needed Locoid. Not much about the rest of their products that is worth much.
