    No strong leadership at the top. The CEO is in way over her head. Looks anorexic too.

    My friend just left said no leadership and changed comp plan a few times in a year.

    Isn't she from Stryker spine? how is the VP of Sales who was hired late last year?

    She is and was way over her head there as well. Fits requirements for EEOC and that's about it. Don't know VP of sales. Seems almost irrelevant without strong leadership and good management at the top.

    She hired some real fucktards to drive the business at Stryker. What a lousy leader she was and good riddens!
